The service here is really good. Actually there's only a couple of people working but they work very hard and get your own out of media. It's a quiet establishment no live music but you can put money into jukebox and play anything you want. Great little spot on the corner of 58 and Milliken. ”

I ordered a wet cabesa burrito as she recommended it since they did not have lengua at the time. Oh heavenly. The meat fell apart and was so rich and flavorful. The sauce was delicious. Beans and rice were cooked perfectly. It was amazing. Wife got the menudo. If you want hominy or pigs feet, you have to pay a little more. We assumed it just meant extra. But we know now for next time. The tripe was sooo savory and also melted in your mouth. Good stuff. Service was super great. Ambience is nice. Styling had us feeling like we were out of state. ”

“ It looks like a typical taco joint from the outside but it's a super authentic "sit down" restaurant. You could sweat you were in northern Mexico the second you walk in. Great food, good table service. Try the cucumber like me drink -so good! I was in a hurry so I went with the carne asada taco and a carnitas taco. The meats were perfect, the hand made fresh tortillas were spot on. The only thing that may need a little attention was the salsa. It was too tomato-e and watery for me but no biggie. I will most certainly be back. ”
